From pricing to closing—comprehensive service, every step of the way

Selling a jet is a complex and detailed process, and having an experienced broker is critical. With a fiduciary duty to act in your best interest, we operate with complete transparency to achieve the highest price in the shortest time possible. Our services include an in-person maintenance and market evaluation, real-time pricing analysis, and negotiation support. We handle the entire process from start to finish—including overseeing inspections and preparing all transaction documentation.

Initial Preparation

Once an asking price is established, we visit your aircraft’s location to begin the process. A professional aviation photographer captures high-quality images, while we review aircraft logbooks and become thoroughly familiar with the aircraft—just as you are.

Marketing Campaign

We launch a robust international marketing campaign that includes advertising in both print and digital media, listing on multiple aircraft sales platforms, and direct outreach to dealers, brokers, manufacturers, and operators worldwide. Every serious buyer will know your aircraft is available. When qualified interest is received, we personally show the aircraft and keep you informed every step of the way. 

Evaluation and Offers

When offers come in from qualified buyers, we guide you through every aspect—evaluating proposals, negotiating terms, drafting and reviewing the purchase agreement, consulting with aviation legal counsel if needed, and coordinating escrow and deposit with the title company.

Pre-Purchase Inspection

We personally accompany your aircraft to the maintenance facility to ensure a smooth check-in and inspection. Throughout the inspection, we monitor progress, review survey reports, consult with aircraft-specific technicians, and handle any issues that arise. We also coordinate acceptance documentation between all parties.

Closing and Delivery

We work hand-in-hand with the title company to manage the closing checklist, FAA documentation, and final paperwork. We advise on any closing issues, coordinate with aviation tax and legal professionals if needed, and manage the delivery logistics. Most importantly, we are physically present with your aircraft throughout closing to ensure everything goes smoothly—even if last-minute challenges arise.

Pre-Purchase Inspection

We make arrangements for the pre-purchase inspection, monitor the inspection process, review the inspection report and make recommendations, handle the resolution of inspection issues with the buyer, and coordinate aircraft acceptance documentation.

Closing and Delivery

We prepare a closing checklist and documentation, assist with the International Registry, provide the necessary FAA title documents, coordinate the closing process with all parties, provide advice on closing issues, consult with tax advisor's or legal counsel as required, and coordinate aircraft delivery and acceptance documentation.
