Growing up in an airline family and soloing on his 16th birthday, Dan Hartley is an Instrument-Rated Commercial pilot with over 30 years of experience in aviation, sales, and customer service. His lifelong passion for aviation and entrepreneurial drive led to the founding of Dan Hartley Jet Sales.
Dan brings deep industry knowledge and global relationships to every transaction. His strong connections with Textron, Embraer, aircraft owners, and pilots around the world—combined with 25 years of high-level sales and marketing experience, including roles with BMW, Mercedes-Benz, and the PGA Tour—have positioned him as a respected leader in the jet sales industry.

Alex Hartley’s passion for aviation began at a young age, inspired by time spent at the airport with his father, Dan. A graduate of the University of South Carolina, Alex is an Instrument-Rated Commercial Single/Multi-Engine pilot, as well as a Certified Flight Instructor (CFI) and Instrument Instructor (CFII).
